Is ₹5,000 the regular price or a discounted price? +
₹5,000 is our regular price. No markups, no phantom discounts. What you see is what you pay.
What's included in the rent? +
Your room comes furnished, with WiFi, housekeeping, parking and lift access. Electricity is metered separately, and AC is an optional add-on.
How is electricity billed? +
Each room has its own meter, and the bill is split equally between roommates. You only pay for what your room actually uses.
Are AC rooms available? +
Yes. AC rooms cost a little more. Call us and we'll tell you what's free right now.
Is there a registration fee? +
None. Walk in with your first month's rent and the deposit, and you're done.
Is there a monthly maintenance charge? +
No. Your rent covers everything except metered electricity and optional add-ons like AC or food.
What is the security deposit? +
Security deposit is one month's rent plus ₹3,000. The exact amount depends on your room type. See Rooms & Rates above for the deposit per room. You get it back on the day you vacate. We only deduct for maintenance (about ₹1,500), missing keys, damages, or pending dues.
Is daily or weekly stay available? +
No, Q Residency is for monthly stays only.
How do I schedule a visit? +
Call or WhatsApp us. Most visits happen the same day.
Is food available? +
Yes. Breakfast and dinner, ₹3,600 a month, taken together as one package. The weekly menu is up above.
Is Q Residency safe? What security measures are in place? +
Yes. The premises are gated, with CCTV cameras covering the entrance, corridors, and parking. Only monthly residents stay here (no daily or weekly guests), so you always know your neighbours.
Are washing machines available? +
Yes. The washing machines are on-site and free to use. Housekeeping is included too.
Can my parents visit before I book? +
Of course. Bring them along, let them see the rooms and ask us anything they like. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll fix a time.
